About Us

Training under ACC Vocational Contracts

Step by Step are experts in working with ACC claimants & vocational providers to achieve work readiness outcomes targeting specific ANZSCO work types. Our 1-1 approach is 100% customisable to meet the needs of each student.

Typically we train face to face but we can also train 1-1 remotely & securely using Zoom.

Our point of difference is our NZQA accreditation, allowing students to attain nationally recognised unit standards.

The most common computing-based training packages we deliver are; Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet Navigation, Email Communication, Keyboarding, Windows Navigation, and Google Drive.

To summarise our process:

  • A Training Needs Assessment & report is undertaken to identify the training needs for specific work types
  • Training is approved & a complete timetable is issued to all parties
  • Training begins
  • Our coordination team provides regular updates throughout the training programme (non-attendance is notified immediately)
  • Training finishes and a thorough completion report is sent

The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 says that all education providers must support the well-being and safety of learners.
